Yes. Complimentary pickup and drop-off are available from hotels and cruise ports within the urban area of Punta Arenas. Pickup from or drop-off at Punta Arenas Airport may be arranged for an additional fee when it is directly connected to your scheduled tour. To request this service, please contact us separately before or after booking and provide your flight details. Airport pickup and drop-off are subject to availability. We do not currently offer standalone airport-transfer services.

Our tours operate in all types of Patagonian weather. When necessary, your guide may adjust the route or provide an alternative itinerary to protect the safety and comfort of guests during extreme conditions or when a guest’s clothing or footwear is unsuitable for the planned route.We recommend following the clothing and equipment guidance provided for your tour so you can enjoy the experience comfortably in changing conditions.For cruise passengers, a tour may be cancelled if high winds prevent the ship from entering the port of Punta Arenas. In this case, 100% of your booking will be refunded to you.

Patagonian temperatures and conditions can change throughout the day, so dress in warm wool or synthetic layers that you can easily add or remove. Always bring waterproof rain gear, regardless of the forecast. For easier hikes, supportive closed-toe shoes with good grip are acceptable, although waterproof hiking shoes or boots are recommended for greater comfort. Hiking boots are mandatory for our more demanding routes. Sandals and casual tennis shoes are not permitted on hiking tours. The specific footwear requirements for each experience are clearly listed on its tour page.We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, warm hat or buff, gloves, sunglasses, and sunscreen. A small daypack is helpful for carrying your extra layers and personal items, and we are happy to provide one if you do not have your own.

You can book tours in Punta Arenas directly through our website by selecting your preferred experience, date, and number of guests. Most private tour bookings are confirmed immediately. Multi-day tours and selected small-group tours are confirmed once the minimum number of participants has been reached. Cancellations due to low participation are rare, and we will keep you informed about your booking status. To add guests to an existing private tour, please contact us rather than making a separate online booking. A new booking is treated as a separate tour and may be assigned a different guide. Additional guests are subject to availability and the tour’s maximum group size.
