OUR SUSTAINABILITY
PROMISE
We run our company as sustainably as we can, so that you can feel good about travelling with us.
LIVING AND WORKING IN ONE OF EARTH'S LAST WILD PLACES
We enjoy the incredible privilege in living in one of Earth's most pristine natural places.
Its rolling pampas, icy glaciers, dense forests and rocky coastlines mark Patagonia as a last bastion of true wilderness. From afar, Patagonia’s natural beauty seems as eternal as the winds that race across it.
But we know that looks can be deceiving.

Insidious threats including plastic pollution, habitat loss, and climate change put our home at risk. That is why we do all we can to tread lightly over Patagonia's pristine landscape.

SMALL ACTIONS, BIG CHANGE
Making our Tours Sustainable and Responsible
Every day, we try to make the most sustainable choices for ourselves and for our business.
Though our actions may be small, they hope that over time they can make a difference in the effort to keep Patagonia clean and wild.

Offsetting Carbon
As a travel company, much of our carbon footprint comes from transportation. Though at present, we can’t avoid using carbon, we can do our best to give back what we take.
That’s why we track our carbon footprint, calculating the carbon we use for our operations. Then, we offset our waste by helping plant seedlings that will absorb that carbon.
Environmental Accountability is Important to Us
By holding ourselves accountable for the pollution we create, we hope to make the world a little greener, one tree at a time.
